You don't have to be big into the Native American culture. It helps rid my mind of the day's stress. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys a little relaxation time. I originally heard of Nakai years ago but hadn't listened to him in a long time. There are no drum's, no singing, just the amazing talents of Nakai's flute playing. His music is so relaxing. I recently bought a couple of his CD's and I'm glad I did. I listen to the CDs every night when I go to bed.
